This page provides you with an innovational ranking extraction system in athletics running events. You can get any rankings interactively in various conditions you set in (but within the data this system depends on).

(*)This system is created with PHP/MySQL and being worked on my home PC. The data is based on the rankings from the IAAF site. Confirmed rankings at this time are the all-time rankings at the End of 2004 in the IAAF site. One of my own data which was already added is the detailed data on Saïd Aouita (my most favorite athlete in athletics), and the data on myself was also added. (The level of the data on myself is far below those listed on this data.)

 14-Jun  Put a "Rec" bottun behind the name of each athlete's personl best, and be able to
         display the record list of the athlete from the Database when clicking the button, 
	 to solve the problem of the record list of the athlete not being displayed when
	 clicking the hyperlink related to the athletes's name in Chrome or Edge, but
	 being nomally displayed in IE.

2011
 23-Dec  The whole layout of th top page has been centered for adapting to recent
         Widescreen PC spreading.

2010
 31-Oct  To be able to select male/female mixed races. (Only applied to female's track races).

2008
 24-Aug  The layout of the top page has been changed.

13-Jul  Corrected the bug that the record list of an athlete was not showed on the another
         window, when the athlete's name was clicked on the list of the averages of each
         athlete's some top records.

6-Jul  Corrected the bug that records with following-winds expressed with "W"(wind-assisted
         records but the velocity of which are not confirmed) were showed when the criterion of
         maximum wind was set to be or under 2.0m/s.

2007
 24-Mar  To show records made on indoor oversized tracks if checked.

27-Jan  To make parts of "name" shown with links on the result screen, and display the personal
         records of the name with another window when clicking the link.

 19-Jun  Added a function of Showing the source records of Personal Top "n" Averages.

18-May  Having developed the Wild-Card Searching to find out the words expressed by
         "% + some characters + %",(and having changed the Wild-Card "*" to "%").

1-May  Added a new function of displaying Averages of Personal Top "n" records. ("n" is variable)

16-Apr  *Having made the system quicker by reflecting the lower limit (Maximum number) of ranking
          on querying to the database.
         *Corrected the bug that showing only the records timed by both Electric/Hand 
          when selecting Only Electric.
